Terms of Use
These Terms govern cAIerra, provided by Tigran Galstyan. By accepting them and using the service, you enter an agreement with Tigran Galstyan. Apple's applicable terms also apply to the iOS app and App Store transaction.
Age and legal capacity
You may use cAIerra only if you are at least 18 years old and legally able to enter this agreement. By selecting the age confirmation, you represent that this requirement is met.
Service scope
cAIerra organizes user-provided career information, discovers publicly available job opportunities, estimates relevance and prepares career or application materials at the user's request. Listings may be incomplete, delayed, changed or removed. cAIerra is not an employer or recruiter, does not guarantee interviews or offers, and does not submit an application without a clear user-authorized action.
Account duties
Provide accurate information, keep credentials secure, use the service lawfully and do not upload content you lack rights to use. Do not upload sensitive categories that the service does not need. Notify tgalstyan2100@gmail.com if the account may be compromised.
AI features
Before personal data is sent to OpenAI, cAIerra clearly identifies the recipient, presents a separate disclosure and asks for explicit permission. AI extraction, matching and generated material can be incomplete or inaccurate. Review every CV, letter, message, ranking, salary statement and application item before relying on, sharing or submitting it.
Monthly auto-renewable subscription
Full access requires the cAIerra Monthly auto-renewable subscription with a one-month duration. The applicable price is the localized price shown in Apple's purchase sheet. Payment is charged to the Apple ID at confirmation. Renewal occurs automatically unless auto-renewal is turned off at least 24 hours before the current period ends, and Apple may charge renewal within the final 24 hours.
Manage or cancel renewal in Apple ID subscription settings. Deleting the app or cAIerra account does not cancel Apple billing. Restore Purchases restores an eligible purchase. Apple handles payment, tax, cancellation and refund requests under its rules.
Prohibited conduct
Do not bypass purchase, consent or security controls; attack or overload the service; access another person's account; upload malware; scrape private data; infringe rights; impersonate another person; or use the service for unlawful discrimination, fraud or harmful conduct.
User content
You retain ownership of content you provide. You grant Tigran Galstyan a limited right to host, copy, transmit, analyze and transform it only as needed to provide, secure and support cAIerra under the Privacy Policy and your settings.
Availability and termination
We cannot promise uninterrupted availability or discovery of every vacancy. Features and security controls may change. Material changes to these Terms require new acceptance. You may delete the account in the app. Access may be suspended for material breach, fraud, unlawful activity or a serious security risk, subject to law.
Disclaimers and liability
To the extent permitted by law, the service is provided "as available". Career, salary, legal and application information is general assistance, not a guarantee or professional representation. Mandatory consumer rights and liability that law does not allow us to exclude remain unaffected.
