AI Data Processing Notice
This notice supplements the Privacy Policy and is shown before cAIerra asks for separate third-party AI permission.
Recipient
cAIerra uses the OpenAI API for supported AI features. OpenAI is the third party that may receive the data listed below, only after your separate permission. cAIerra contractually requires OpenAI to provide the same or equivalent protection for transferred personal data as required by the Privacy Policy and applicable law. Data categories
Only data relevant to the requested feature may be sent: career profile and preferences; text from CVs, certificates or other documents; career chat; vacancy context; and application instructions or drafts.
Purpose and operations
Data may be collected, structured, transferred, analyzed and transformed into an output to update your profile, answer career questions, assess job relevance or prepare requested material. It is not sent for third-party advertising or cross-app tracking.
International transfer
OpenAI may process data outside Armenia or your country. cAIerra applies the relevant cross-border transfer mechanisms and contractual safeguards, and where authority permission is required, the transfer is made only after that requirement is satisfied.
Your choice
This permission is separate from Terms acceptance and Privacy Notice acknowledgement. You may decline, sign out or delete the account, but the paid AI-dependent service cannot operate without permission. You can later withdraw it from Profile → Legal & Privacy.
Sensitive data
Do not send health, biometric, political, religious, trade-union, sexual-life, national-origin or ethnic-origin data; the service does not need it.
